Amazed with this book but i am more amazed with how God uses this book to speak to me, the rebellious daughter. Well this is a must read book by everyone and i agreed with the author, this book is very good for everyone who has not started any relationship yet and looking a very good one which i would say looking for someone from God.Praise the Lord for sending me this book which pretty much kind of an instant answered prayer as I ask for guidance while waiting for his ultimate gift.

great book for singles, dating, engaged couples, newlyweds!
Excellent book. Everyone should read it.
Excellent book for those that are looking to get married with the right foundations. Also a very easy and enjoyable read.
This book was very helpful to two of my friend. It gave them a new perspective on marriage and how they view it.
A wonderful book that practically places before its readers how to live out what the Scriptures call us to apply to our lives. I loved all of the questions Ernie Baker has in his book to help the reader understand personally (and what to look for in a future spouse) what to grow in, in order to become prepared for a successful marriage.
Author provides interesting perspectives and real life scenarios to provide wise and biblical views of relationships. Not an end-all resolution to the big question(s) but a thought provoking read. We used it in a group study at church and out worked well. Includes optional homework and group questions.
Full disclosure I did take a few classes with Dr. Baker at The Master's College now The Master's University. As a former student, I wanted to buy this book simply because he was my one of my professors. Besides being an excellent book on choosing a spouse wisely, the most helpful part of the book was examining your own heart and personal sanctification. Even if you are currently married, those portions of the book; which are a vast bulk of the book, are worth your time to buy and read this book.
